**Job Title: Production Operators** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated Production Operators to join our team. This role involves working with cutting sheets and operating saws and staple guns, as well as measuring and cutting panels using bandsaws. Operators will work on the night shift from 6 PM to 6 AM. **Responsibilities** + Perform the start-up and shut-down procedures for the assigned production line area. + Conduct duties and procedures as an operator in the assigned production line area effectively, safely, efficiently, and as instructed. + Complete reports and answer inquiries as requested or assigned. + Maintain cleanliness of the assigned production line area. + Multitask with changing priorities and deadlines as directed by the Supervisor. + Effectively use industrial equipment and machinery, hand, pneumatic, and/or electric tools, and other industrial tooling. + Perform changeovers quickly, efficiently, and safely. + Assist with scrap breakdown as directed. + Comply with all company policies and procedures. + Perform other duties as assigned or directed by the Supervisor. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production, machine operation, and packaging. + Proficiency in inspection, saw operation, and saw cutting. + Ability to use a tape measure and bandsaw. + Strong mechanical aptitude and experience in assembly and carpentry. + Skill in using circular saws. **Work Environment** The work environment is a manufacturing plant with typical conditions such as extreme temperatures, noise, and dust. Operators will work 12-hour night shifts from 6 PM to 6 AM, with the potential for weekend work. The role requires physical activity, including lifting, bending, and other movements. Dress code is appropriate for a manufacturing setting. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.56 - $21.56/hr.
