Job Description
Join our dynamic Roll Forming department, where your primary responsibility will be operating a Roll Former to manufacture gutter downpipes. Safety is paramount, and you will be tasked with ensuring the quality of parts through visual inspection and measurements. You will assemble boxes, add shipping labels, and move finished products using a pallet jack to the warehouse. A strong mechanical aptitude is required as you understand and manage RAM operations.
ResponsibilitiesOperate a Roll Former machine to manufacture gutter downpipes.Ensure safety protocols are followed diligently.Perform visual inspections and measure parts using a tape measure to ensure quality.Assemble boxes, add shipping labels, and close boxes for palletization.Move finished products to the warehouse using a pallet jack.Utilize hand tools effectively and demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude.Understand and manage RAM operations.Essential SkillsPrevious machine operator experience is a must.Ability to read and understand tape measures.Proficiency in basic math skills, including passing a math test.Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of metal rolling and stamping.Additional Skills & QualificationsDemonstrated ability to work hard and proactively.Self-starter attitude with strong attention to detail.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This is a large, clean, industrial complex that is not climate controlled. The work schedule is Monday to Thursday, from 6 AM to 6:30 PM, with one 30-minute unpaid lunch and two 15-minute breaks, totaling 48 hours per week. Occasionally, work may be required on Fridays.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
