Job Title: Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented production workers to join our team at a growing food manufacturing facility. The role involves pre-labeling bags, feeding them into the bagger, and ensuring the proper sealing and weighing of products to meet quality standards. Operators will also work with panning machines, extrusion lines, and packaging tasks.

Responsibilities

Pre-label bags and feed them into the bagger system.Operate and understand the software of the bagger system.Perform light maintenance on equipment as required.Ensure bags are properly sealed and products are weighed to meet standards.Work with panning machines, extrusion lines, crunch lines, and packaging.Mix, batch, pan, and pack products.Lift up to 50lbs.Verify correct labeling on packaged products.Measure and weigh products into pre-made boxes with liners.Mix and blend ingredients, following precise instructions and documentation.Utilize pallet jacks and perform assembly tasks.

Essential Skills

Experience in packing, palletizing, visual inspection, machine operating, or blending.Ability to perform tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Capability to lift and move up to 50lbs.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Prefer at least 6 months of manufacturing experience, ideally in food manufacturing.Demonstrated drive and ambition to advance within the company.

Work Environment

Work in a clean and well-lit food manufacturing facility adhering to health and safety guidelines. The environment is fast-paced and requires extended periods of standing. The facility is climate controlled but can reach temperatures up to 100 degrees due to machinery and ovens. Employees must wear hairnets, beard nets, steel-toed shoes, and lab coats. Shifts are available for both days and nights, operating on a 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.50/hr.
