We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team in M2/SC1/Multi roles, where you will support production across multiple lines and equipment. This role offers variety and the opportunity to develop skills across several processes in our manufacturing environment. **How you will contribute** + Independently operate and maintain production equipment across assigned areas. + Execute standard work processes using AM and PM methodologies to ensure safe and efficient production. + Participate in root-cause analysis, stops reduction, and loss elimination. + Support quality assurance and safety compliance activities. + Work flexibly across different roles (M2/SC1/Multi) to meet business needs. **What you will bring** + Experience in operating machinery within a food or manufacturing environment. + Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn multiple processes. + Good communication skills and ability to work in a diverse team. + Focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. **More about this role** Job specific requirements: Previous food manufacturing or multi-skilled operator experience highly regarded.
