**Job Title: Production Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking motivated and diligent Production Operators to join our team. As a Production Operator, you will work on the production floor, primarily assisting with machine operations. This role requires standing for over nine hours a day and involves working in a fast-paced environment where some machines produce up to 400 boxes per minute. Your responsibilities include collecting and inspecting cardboard boxes using a tape measure, assisting in various areas, and maintaining productivity even during slower periods. **Responsibilities** + Assist with machine operations and stand at the end of the machine to collect cardboard. + Inspect boxes using a tape measure to ensure quality standards are met. + Work efficiently in a high-speed environment, lifting and moving continuously. + Maintain productivity during slower periods by performing tasks such as sweeping. + Work in the baler room to collect and manage excess materials from production stations. **Essential Skills** + 1 year of experience in production or manufacturing. + Ability to lift 50lbs regularly. + Proficiency in reading a tape measure to the 1/8 of an inch. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience operating gluer machines is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Once hired, candidates are eligible for a $1-$2 raise, reflecting our commitment to rewarding hard work and dedication. Safety is a priority, and the dress code requires steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
