Job Description
We're looking for a dedicated Cheese Maker who will take responsibility for interpreting recipe formulas, mixing ingredients, and operating equipment in the cheese-making process. Key tasks include blending, pasteurizing, homogenizing, acidifying, and managing the pH of all cream cheese products. The Cheese Maker will also assist with maintaining the inventory of ingredients and packaging for co-pack products, and be responsible for retrieving, measuring, and returning ingredients as necessary.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Casa Grande, Arizona.
Work Environment
The work environment is a 80,000 square foot warehouse that operates 24/7. The Cheese Maker will be working in an enclosed cheese room, managing ingredients and machines. The work schedule involves 12-hour shifts which rotate every two weeks, either from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm or 6:00 pm to 6:00 am, following a 2 on, 3 off and 3 on, 2 off pattern.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
