We are seeking a highly motivated Production Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery and ensuring the smooth and efficient production of our products.

Work Environment
Our work environment is clean and organized. Although it is not temperature-controlled, it remains cool enough in the summer and does not get excessively hot. We offer three shifts: 1st Shift from 7:00am to 3:30pm, 2nd Shift from 3:00pm to 11:30pm, and 3rd Shift from 11:00pm to 7:30am. Overtime is optional and available on a first-come, first-served basis, before and after shifts, as well as on weekends.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marion, Iowa.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.25/hr.
