**Job Title: Production Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a highly motivated Production Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery and ensuring the smooth and efficient production of our products. **Responsibilities** + Operate coiling machine + Operate hose puller + Operate hose accumulator and turntable + Apply ferrules and inserts to hose coils + Crimp hose ends + Operate strapping machine + Apply retail packaging to products + Operate automatic box-tapers + Maintain a clean and organized warehouse **Essential Skills** + Experience in production, general labor, packaging, assembly, and manufacturing + Ability to lift up to 50lbs + Ability to stand on feet for 8+ hours a day **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a warehouse environment **Why Work Here?** Our company offers a profit-sharing plan once you become a direct employee. Although it is not temperature-controlled, it remains cool enough in the summer and does not get excessively hot. We offer three shifts: 1st Shift from 7:00am to 3:30pm, 2nd Shift from 3:00pm to 11:30pm, and 3rd Shift from 11:00pm to 7:30am. Overtime is optional and available on a first-come, first-served basis, before and after shifts, as well as on weekends. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marion, Iowa. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.25/hr.
