Join our dynamic team as a Production Operator where you will work on the production floor, assisting with machine operations. This role requires standing for over 9 hours a day and involves collecting cardboard at the end of a machine. The environment is fast-paced, with some machines producing up to 400 boxes per minute. Your responsibilities will include inspecting boxes using a tape measure, helping in various areas, and maintaining a high level of productivity. During slower periods, you are encouraged to take initiative and find tasks such as sweeping. Additionally, you will work in the baler room, collecting excess materials from each station and processing them.

Work EnvironmentThe position is for the 1st shift, from 6am to 2pm. The facility is not climate-controlled but remains relatively clean. It is comfortably warm during winter and can be slightly warm during summer due to the machines. The dress code includes steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
