Temp-to-Hire position$23.50 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)Efficiently assemble components utilizing both hand and power tools.Operate manufacturing equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency.Adhere to Process Work Instructions and manual production processes, ensuring parts fit and are assembled correctly, including but not limited to bolts, screws, shafts, and bearings.Achieve production standards for various tasks within the allotted time frame.Handle materials by lifting, positioning, and/or removing them from the work area as needed.Manage materials using a bridge crane for loading, stacking, and transportation purposes.Production Operator Qualifications:
Strong mechanical aptitudeA minimum of 2 years of Machinery, Skilled Trades, or Manufacturing experienceExperience working with large machineryFamiliarity with standard power and hand toolsMechanical Aptitude Ability to read and follow written instructions in EnglishApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
