Duties / Experience ⦁ Charge, blend and package pigments as instructed by the blend, repackaging, or packaging sheets. ⦁ Troubleshoot equipment and make repairs commensurate with skill level. ⦁ Recognize defects in finished product such as lumps or streaking in finished product. ⦁ Prepare equipment for new blend by thoroughly cleaning to prevent cross contamination. ⦁ Complete all required company training. ⦁ 0-2 years of work experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Skills: ⦁ Position requires the selected candidate to possess a high degree of sensory attention and visual inspection of the product throughout the manufacturing process. ⦁ A valid driver license is required together with the successful completion of pre-employment drug and background checks.
