Our client, manufacturing industry is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing support team supporting production processes. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Oxford, NC

Pay Range: $21.00

Shift: Night Shift (8 and 12 hour schedules)

What's the Job?

Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing production equipment Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products Maintain accurate daily production records Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals

What's Needed?

At least 3 years of solid work experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment High School diploma or GED preferred Ability to lift over 75 lbs. occasionally Willingness to work night shifts and flexible schedules Physical effort to maneuver through departments including climbing stairs and standing for extended periods
