Job Title: Production Operator

Job Description

This role supports the manufacturing of company products by executing production processes under guidance and supervision. The role involves contributing to a highly empowered, world-class team to achieve excellent safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency results while continuously improving production processes.

Responsibilities

Meet safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency standards.Follow documented standard work instructions and procedures.Set up and operate processes and equipment.Perform product inspections.Collect and record production data.Utilize computers to gather required production data.Support 5S practices in the assigned production area.Read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.Communicate information and ideas clearly.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Candidates with experience in retail, fast food, or hospitality are also considered.

2nd shift:

Monday - Friday 1:30pm - 9:00pm

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oceanside, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.00/hr.
