Production Operator- Start ASAP- Weekly Pay
Location: Sioux Falls, SD
Pay: $18/hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7 am- 4:30 pm
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for pouring materials into molds and operating machinery to distribute the material through the mold. Once the product is complete, you will lift and place it on the table, fabricate and polish custom edges, and ensure the quality of the final product.
Responsibilities:
Pour materials into molds and operate machinery for material distribution.Lift and place completed products weighing between 50-100 pounds.Fabricate and polish custom edges to meet quality standards.Maintain an organized inventory and loading process.Ensure quality by inspecting products and operating machinery efficiently.Essential Skills:
Minimum of 6 months industrial/manufacturing experience.Ability to lift between 50-100 pounds.Capability to work on feet throughout the day.Maintain a good attendance record from previous positions.Dexterity for operating tools and machinery.Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Proficient with hand and power tools.Attention to detail in all tasks.Why Work Here?

Work Environment:
The work takes place in a well-maintained facility that can get dusty, with air movement but no air conditioning. The position requires working from 7 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Thursday and 7 am to 11 am on Friday. Employees enjoy two paid 10-minute breaks and a 30-minute unpaid break.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
