How you will make contributions that matter
As a Production Operator based in Kiewa, you will report to the Production Supervisor and collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations. Your role is essential in delivering products that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Promote and ensure a safe working environment.Operate automated production equipment.Perform production line set ups and change overs for difference product runs.Maintain a hygienic workplace by adhering to Food Safety & GMP standards.Perform regular quality and food safety checks in adherence to company protocols.Maintain records of production data and report any issues to supervisors promptly.Work within a team environment to achieve production targets whilst maintaining an organised work environment.Support in troubleshooting of equipment to minimise downtime.About you
Reliable, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.Available to work a 4-on, 4-off rotating roster with 12-hour day and night shifts across a 7-day operation.Experience in a food production environment.Experience in operating manufacturing production lines is advantageous.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
