Our client, a leader in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a **Production Operator** to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Production Operator
**Location:** Columbus, NE
**Pay Range:** $20/hr
**Shift:** 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on a rotating 2-2-3-3 schedule
**What’s the Job?**
• Perform routine production functions such as filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting
• Follow standard operating procedures and instructions under general supervision
• Maintain accurate records and logs in compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 standards
• Support team goals and contribute to a collaborative work environment
• Ensure product quality through inspection and proper documentation
**What’s Needed?**
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read, write, and interpret specifications in English
• Basic math skills and ability to perform routine production tasks
• Effective communication and decision-making abilities
