Our client, a leading organization in agricultural production, is seeking a Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing and processing department supporting seasonal harvest, seed packaging, warehouse operations, and plant maintenance. The ideal candidate will have reliability, adaptability, and a strong work ethic which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Production Technician **Location: Rushville, IN** **Pay Range:** Compensation is based on shift and experience, with a suggested pay rate starting at $19.50 per hour plus shift differentials and potential attendance bonuses. **Shift:** Multiple shifts available, including Day (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM), Afternoon (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM), and Night (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM).
