**Job Title: Production Worker - Food Processing** Job Description Join our team as a Production Worker, where you will be responsible for various tasks related to the food processing of almond-based products. Your role will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line. **SHIFT:** 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Thursday, with occasional overtime on Fridays. Responsibilities + Implement processing functions related to food production. + Handle materials in a production environment. + Operate machinery and adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures). + Assist with cleaning machinery and picking products. + Maintain a safe and clean work environment. + Identify and correct mistakes in compliance with FDA regulations. Essential Skills + Minimum of 2 years of experience in production or material handling. + Experience in manufacturing and food processing. + Experience with GMPs and production procedures. + Physical strength to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted. + Attention to detail and ability to multitask. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additional Skills & Qualifications + High School diploma or equivalent. + Basic computer skills and experience with forklifts and pallet jacks are a plus. + Motivated with a positive attitude. + Ability to work extra hours when needed. The work environment can be hot in the summer due to ovens and lack of air conditioning. The first shift runs from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Thursday, with occasional overtime on Fridays. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pennsauken, New Jersey. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
