Job Description

Join our quality and production lab plant supporting GMP manufacturing. This role involves maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures while supporting a dynamic production environment.

ResponsibilitiesMaintain compliance with all health, safety, and environmental procedures and guidelines.Receive materials into the limited access warehouse per appropriate procedures.Set up, operate, and clean quality and manufacturing equipment.Participate in production activities including mixing and batching.Conduct physical testing and quality control for pharmaceutical or chemical products.Perform tasks involving heavy lifting.Essential SkillsGMP experience.Proficiency in weighing, mixing, scaling, and staging.Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.Understanding of production and safety protocols.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a manufacturing environment.Familiarity with raw materials used in pharmaceutical or chemical production.Why Work Here

Work Environment

Located in Wilmington, DE, this role offers flexible shifts across three openings on different shifts. The candidate must be comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team. The environment is casual, adhering to GMP, SOP, and lab safety standards. Training is provided, and overtime may be required based on business needs.

This is a Contract position based out of Wilmington, Delaware.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
