Production Operator
**Job Title: 2nd Shift Assembly Technician** **Job Description** Join our team as a 2nd Shift Assembly Technician, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes. This position requires a keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. **Responsibilities** + Coordinate with assembly associates to support integration testing, manual instruction development, and production process development. + Perform hands-on assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of system builds and re-work. + Adhere to documented procedures and maintain quality data. + Ensure the integrity and cleanliness of work areas. + Maintain adherence to safety protocols. + Handle, label, and dispose of hazardous chemicals properly. + Share knowledge and train co-workers and new employees. + Establish effective partnerships with other departments to promote communication and knowledge transfer. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + 2-3 years of experience performing assembly in a GMP environment. + 2-3 years of experience performing documentation of product. + 2-3 years of experience performing labeling. + 2-3 years of experience with hand tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience within a cleanroom environment. + Medical/Pharma Device experience preferred. **Why Work Here?** When you join us, you become part of a team that's dedicated to improving lives, making a meaningful difference in the world. Employees perform testing for medical systems, mixing samples with reagents to diagnose various illnesses and diseases. This is a cleanroom environment where employees do not come into direct contact with vials. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
