Our client, a leading player in the production industry, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the overall production goals. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively under pressure, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Production Operator
**Location:** Nashville, IL
**Pay Range:**
**Shift:** Full-time, Monday through Thursday, 5:30 am to 4:00 pm
**What's the Job?**
+ Assemble items in the hand pack area with precision and care.
+ Operate tea bagging, leaf filling, and labeling equipment efficiently.
+ Set up production lines based on schedules and supervisor input.
+ Monitor and ensure product quality through spot-checks and audits.
+ Adhere to Safe Quality Food (SQF) regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
**What's Needed?**
+ Mechanically inclined with manual dexterity.
+ Ability to lift 65 lbs independently and push product carts up to 100 lbs.
+ Basic reading and math skills.
+ Strong attention to detail and good attendance.
+ Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
