**Hiring Production Operators in Delaware!**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will assist senior operators in the production process, ensuring that all materials meet specified standards. Additionally, the role involves using a sit-down forklift to stage materials approximately 10% of the time.
**Pay & Shift**
$19.50/hour
**_This position works 12 hour shifts, that rotate between day and night!_**
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist senior operators in the production of materials according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
+ Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
+ Monitor production processes to ensure materials meet specifications.
+ Perform quality checks and document results.
+ Use a sit-down forklift to stage materials as needed (approximately 10% of the time).
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
+ Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
+ Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
+ Report any issues or discrepancies to senior operators or management.
**Essential Skills**
+ Manufacturing/Production Experience
+ Ability to learn and adapt quickly after training; follow SOPs
+ Good attendance and ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts
+ Sit-down forklift experience
+ Ability to stand for the duration of shift
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
+ Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
+ Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
+ Physical ability to perform manual labor and operate machinery.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
