Job Title: Production Operator
Job Description

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for loading raw materials into press machines, unloading finished products, removing excess materials for recycling, performing quick visual quality checks, and assembling small components into fabric. Your role is crucial in ensuring that daily production standards are met.

ResponsibilitiesLoad raw material (fabric) into press machine, handling parts weighing less than 15 lbs.Unload finished products from the press machine.Remove excess material and recycle the skeleton.Perform quick visual quality checks on products.Assemble small components into fabric.Ensure daily production standards are achieved.Essential SkillsAbility to operate production machinery and forklifts.Experience in loading and unloading tasks.Proficiency in visual quality checking.Basic computer skills, including Windows operating systems.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED is suggested but not required.Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions/procedures.Capability to understand and follow verbal instructions.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of JEFFERSONVILLE, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $19.00/hr.
