**We are hiring for Food Production Operators! In Caldwell, ID** **Job Description** The Production Line Operator is responsible for running a production line safely and efficiently. The Production Operator will be fully trained to be able to run a full line, from dough mixing to tortilla packaging, and will be responsible for the overall performance of the line. **Responsibilities** + Will help running a production line safely and efficiently. + Operate the full line from dough mixing to tortilla packaging. + Ensure the overall performance of the production line. + Maintain excellent quality standards. + Follow directions well and work independently within a team environment. + Being able to lift 35 lbs **Shifts:** 12 hour shifts! Standing no sitting! + **Day Shift: 5:30am - 5:30pm** + **Night Shift: 5:30pm - 5:30am** **Pay:** $18-24 (Based on resume experience, determined in the interview) **Essential Skills** + Strong work ethic and reliability + Experience with food manufacturing + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work with manufacturing equipment + Good hand-eye coordination + High attention to detail + Ability to work quickly and methodically + Basic reading, writing, and math skills **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Strong organizational skills + Focus on maintaining excellent quality Candidates must be willing to submit to a drug and background screening **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $29.00/hr.
