Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Operator 2nd to join their team. As a Production Operator 2nd, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production goals. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Production Operator 2nd
**Location:** Austin, TX
**Pay Range:** $19.44
**Shift:** 2nd shift
**What's the Job?**
+ Inspect components, materials, and final products as part of the production process.
+ Document lot changes, line clearances, and production processes accurately.
+ Identify and report non-conforming products to ensure quality standards are met.
+ Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and quality.
+ Adhere to safety, compliance, and company policies while performing duties.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School education or equivalent required.
+ Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
+ Basic mathematical skills for documentation and calculations.
+ Ability to perform minor mechanical adjustments and troubleshoot equipment.
+ Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted and up to 75 lbs assisted.
