Job Description
Join a dynamic team as a General Production Operator in New Albany, Ohio, specializing in the manufacturing of injection molded products. This role involves working with the Injection Stretch Blow Molding (ISBM) and Injection Molding (IM) groups. You will be responsible for running the blow mold line, which includes loading and unloading parts, performing visual inspections, and occasionally making color changes.
ResponsibilitiesOperate and manage the blow mold line efficiently.Load and unload parts onto the equipment.Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met.Occasionally perform color changes on the ISBM line.Pack and palletize boxes as needed for the IM line.Essential SkillsMechanical aptitude and production knowledge.Ability to work in assembly and machine operation.Experience with quality inspection and tape measure usage.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in machine operation is a plus.Experience in auto mechanics is advantageous.Previous blow molding experience preferred.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a clean GMP environment alongside 80-100 colleagues. The facility is climate-controlled, leaning towards warmer conditions. Proper personal protective equipment is required, including steel-toed boots, safety cap, ear plugs, gloves, and safety glasses.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.75 - $22.75/hr.
