Job Title: Production Operator - 1st Shift

Job Description

The role involves using hand tools and various machinery to assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies utilized across multiple fields. The position requires performing quality checks to ensure high standards are met before proceeding to the next steps. The successful candidate will use computers to access step-by-step assembly instructions, necessitating basic familiarity with computer operation.

Responsibilities

Assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies using hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wrenches.Operate production machinery to apply solder paste and manage smaller pieces.Conduct quality checks on assembled products.Utilize computers to log into multiple programs for accessing detailed assembly instructions.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in production and assembly tasks.Basic computer operation skills.Experience with soldering and using hand tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

1 year of assembly experience is preferred.1-2 years of soldering experience can lead to a higher starting pay.Experience in picking and packaging is beneficial.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.30/hr.
