We are committed to using modern manufacturing technology, solving engineering challenges creatively, and ensuring quality assurance with award-winning customer service. **Responsibilities** + Assist operators with materials assigned to run equipment. + Ensure that items produced meet quality control requirements. + Train with operators to learn moderately advanced troubleshooting of equipment and perform adjustments. + Read and interpret blueprints if applicable. + Use moderately advanced measuring instruments. + Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately. + Adhere to 5S standards, such as maintaining cleanliness of the work area. + Follow all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in using measurement tools, machine operation, and production line. + 3+ years of experience in related fields. + Ability to read blueprints. + Familiarity with hand gauges, calipers, and micrometers. + Strong mathematical skills. + Experience in metal manufacturing. + Attention to detail. + Knowledge of CNC machines and operations. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Blueprint experience is advantageous but not mandatory. + CNC experience is preferred, but mechanically inclined candidates will be trained. + Experience with Murata CNC Machines and Multi-spindle Screw machines is beneficial. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy competitive pay with opportunities for raises every six months until reaching the top pay scale. Save receipts for tool and shoe reimbursements. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mooresville, North Carolina. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
