**Job Title: MIG Welder** Job Description We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating MIG welding tools, working primarily with 16-gauge sheet metal. This role requires flexibility to perform grinding tasks as needed. Responsibilities + Set up and operate MIG welding tools. + Perform MIG welding on 16-gauge sheet metal. + Execute grinding tasks as required. Essential Skills + Proficient in MIG welding. + Experience with grinding, production, aluminum, and deburring. + Ability to read and understand specification sheets and work orders. + Skilled in layout and loading materials using basic math and hand-held measuring tools. + Knowledge of hand-held welding tool operation and maintenance. + 3+ years of manufacturing experience in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in metalworking or hollow metal fabrication is preferred. + Dexterous with manufacturing equipment, basic power tools, and machinery. Why Work Here?
