Key Responsibilities: To establish and improve work processes. To supervise overall production management To arrange production planning, monitor production capacity to achieve production needs. To strictly control production costs and improving production efficiency.  To supervise the production workshop on cleaning, maintenance, facilities in time.  Work closely with the quality assurance department to ensure quality In charge of hiring, performance appraisal, training, supervision, inspection. Requirements: Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial management or relevant fields More than 8 years production management experience as production manager in big foreign company. Good at English Understand production process design, planning, lean.  Strong communication, coordination, problem solving skills. High responsibility, good learner, good team player.
