Please read full job description to ensure match before applying:   Candidates will need to have extensive experience within a corrugate packaging facility 7+ years of leadership inside of corrugate industry, preferably with a converting facility (paper to box) What you'll need:   Technical degree with a disciplined in Engineering or related field, with preference given to Bachelors degree. 7+ years of industry leadership experience   What you'll be doing:   Be a production leader throughout the plant, overseeing lines and personnel to maximize output. Be a positive change agent to produce a best in class manufacturing process.    Minimize manufacturing waste and production costs, through P&L management, while optimizing production output and profitability.   Coordinate and meet with customers as needed to maintain relationships, and ensure successful fulfillment of orders both in quality and with JIT methodology.
