Essential Skills + 5–7 years of experience in production or operations leadership, preferably in custom manufacturing environments. + Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex workflows. + Strong knowledge of welding (MIG/TIG), electrical sub-assemblies, and equipment troubleshooting. + Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement frameworks. + Educated in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to inspire and guide diverse teams while maintaining accountability. + Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience leading a weld shop, machine shop, or electrical assembly preferred. + UL12 Certification. + Proficiency in using Microsoft Office. + Understanding of welding symbols, pressure vessels, die penetration, and press brake operations.
