**Production Manager** **$100,000-$125,000** **Direct Placement** **Enjoy flexible 1st shift hours from 5am-3pm, Monday through Thursday, with 4-day work weeks and no weekends.** **Responsibilities** + Serve as the supervisor to approximately 35 shop employees from production through maintenance. + Supervise the shop workforce, including training, daily work performance, cross-training, and managing vacations. + Responsible for hiring and maintaining a capable and competent workforce. + Ensure adherence to safety rules and practices. + Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes. + Manage production schedules and ensure timely delivery. + Monitor manufacturing processes to identify ways to reduce losses, decrease time requirements, or improve quality. + Analyze production data and report to senior management. + Recommend corrective or preventive actions to assure or improve product quality or reliability. + Monitor existing processes to ensure they continue performing at optimal efficiency. + Identify and/or implement new or sustainable manufacturing technologies, processes, or equipment. + Monitor inventory and coordinate with supply chain/logistics. + Assist in developing production, inventory, and/or quality assurance programs. + Support equipment maintenance and repair services, ensuring manufacturer's procedures and instructions are followed. + Perform other duties as required. + Effectively interact with managers, supervisors, and hourly team members across all departments. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production and supervision. + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or related field preferred. + 3+ years of manufacturing supervision experience. + Proven leadership and team management skills. + Strong analytical skills and initiative. + Excellent problem-solving skills. + Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook. **Why Work Here?** Consistently busy seasons with no layoffs.
