**Production Manager** Aerotek is HIRING NOW for a Production Manager position for a Manufacturing Facility in the Elkton, FL Area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a safe and productive work environment. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a focus on continuous improvement to optimize operational performance. **Job Overview:** + Job title: Production Manager + Location: Elkton, FL + Manufacturing Facility (climate controlled) + Direct-Hire Position + Shift: 7:00am-4:30pm (M-F) + Pay: $70,000/year+ (based on experience) + Lead a team of assemblers, shippers, and production staff. + Monitor production metrics and implement process improvements. + Coordinate with other departments including engineering, quality, and supply chain. + Ensure raw material availability. + Prepare production reporting and performing recommendations for operation enhancements. **Qualifications:** + 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing Lead/Management role. + Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma experience preferred. + Project management experience. + Experience implementing process improvements within a manufacturing facility. + Interviewing/hiring experience as well as performance/employee management. + Experience working with ERP systems and production-related software. ***Please respond with an updated resume in order to be considered*** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/hr.
