Job Description

Manage the daily duties of carpenters, electricians, welders, and assemblers as they transform Mercedes Sprinter vans into high-end campers.

ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily activities of the production team, including carpenters, electricians, welders, and assemblers.Ensure the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.Implement continuous improvement strategies and Six Sigma methodologies.Manage and scale up production processes to support accelerated company growth.Coordinate with different carpentry and CNC router stations to ensure timely project completion.Essential SkillsProduction management experience.Expertise in continuous improvement strategies.Proficiency in Six Sigma methodologies.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with lean manufacturing.Extensive experience in process improvement.Proven track record of managing accelerated growth in production teams and processes.Why Work Here?

This is a Permanent position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
