**Job Title: Filler Operator** **Job Description** Join our team as a Filler Operator in a dynamic food production environment. We offer a variety of shifts: Front Half Nights (Every other Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday from 6pm to 6:30am) and Back Half Days (Every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 6am to 6:30pm). **Responsibilities** + Set up, operate, and maintain filling machines. + Perform and record quality checks to ensure shelf-life integrity and package quality. + Conduct nominal maintenance on equipment. + Perform and document Clean-In-Place (CIP) and in-process sanitation on equipment and/or area as needed. + Ensure food safety and quality protocols are consistently followed. + Adhere to all Safety and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations at all times. + Utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, face shields, hearing protection, safety shoes, and gloves. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 6 months experience in a food manufacturing or GMP environment. + Ability to work on feet for 12-hour shifts. + Strong interpersonal communication skills with proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English. + Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and ability to read charts and monitors. + Ability to multitask effectively. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Capability to push up to 300 pounds and pull up to 500 pounds with mechanical assistance. + Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds frequently. **Why Work Here?** Be part of a renowned brand known for its quality and commitment to excellence.
