**Job Title: Production Line Worker $17hr** Job Description Join our team as an Assembly Associate, where you will play a crucial role in assembling high-quality kitchen cabinets. Using a variety of air and hand tools, you will trim, glue, and fit parts together to create cabinet sections, ultimately assembling them into completed products. Your expertise will also include fitting hinges, locks, catches, drawers, and shelves, along with installing finished products. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to perform other job-related duties as assigned. Responsibilities + Assemble kitchen cabinets using air and hand tools. + Trim and glue joints and fit parts together to form sections of cabinets. + Assemble sections to form completed cabinets. + Fit hinges, locks, catches, drawers, and shelves. + Install completed products. + Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Essential Skills + Ability to lift up to 40lbs. + Proficiency in performing metric measurements with tape and calipers. + Ability to comprehend and follow instructions. + Capability to work independently and as part of a team. + Proficient in working in a fast-paced environment. + Ability to assess and prioritize tasks. + Proficiency in reading and understanding drawings. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in production, general labor, inspection, assembly, and forklift operation. + Skills in woodwork, carpentry, and using hand and power tools. + Ability to recognize and identify letter and number combinations. Work Environment The work environment is indoors, yet it reflects the outdoor weather conditions due to the nature of the manufacturing building. The role requires constant standing and occasional walking, bending, and twisting. Effective communication skills are essential, and specific vision abilities, including close and distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus, are required. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Riverside, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
