Temp-to-Hire position$16.10 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:30am to 04:30pm)Load parts onto production lines, visually inspect coated parts, and unload finished components.Maintain lot-control accuracy and report coating defects or abnormalities in spray-line operation.Assist with setup and changeover of spray lines and support fellow line operators as needed.Keep work areas clean and organized while following all company policies and safety procedures.Load customer containers, stack boxes on skids, and operate forklifts when necessary.Production Line Operator - 1st Shift Qualifications:
Ability to lift 20 lbs. and stand, bend, and twist for an 8-hour shiftStrong visual inspection skills and the ability to identify coating defects.Effective communication and ability to work as part of a team.Forklift operation experience preferred; must complete pre-use inspections when operating.No formal education requirement listed; entry?level applicants encouraged.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
