**Summary of Position:**
You’ll manage production across three shifts—where custom mechanical and electrical assemblies are built to exacting standards. You’ll lead a seasoned supervisor team, partner closely with inventory and engineering leaders, and be the driving force behind efficiency improvements post-facility transition. This role is ideal for a leader who can roll up their sleeves, inspire frontline teams, and drive accountability and collaboration.
**Role Highlights:**
+ Lead a team of 3 supervisors and 35–40 production associates across first, second, and weekend shifts
+ Streamline processes and improve shop floor flow in a newly consolidated plant
+ Tackle real-time challenges in materials, scheduling, and cross-shift coordination
+ Shape department culture, implement Lean/Kaizen, and support long-term strategy
+ Serve as the go-to partner for warehouse and supply chain teams
**Who We’re Looking For:**
+ 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a strong focus on assembly
+ Proven ability to lead both supervisors and hourly teams across multiple shifts
+ Experience in union environments preferred
+ Hands-on, early-rising leader who thrives in fast-paced, evolving settings
+ Strong background in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
+ Able to navigate personalities, drive accountability, and promote open communication
