Temp-to-Hire position$24.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 04:00am to 07:00pm)Leading and coordinating production, quality, and sanitation activitiesEnsuring safety, efficiency, and timely completion of production goalsCoaching and mentoring team members leading by example on the floorTraining staff on equipment, food safety, and SOPsMaintaining strict compliance with GMPs, HACCP, and quality standardsOverseeing setup, changeovers, downtime management, and documentationPerforming ingredient verification, lot tracking, and quality checksSupporting inventory control and production planningBuilding a respectful, motivated, high-performance team environmentProduction Lead Qualifications:
Shift start and end time variesLeadership experience in food manufacturing (preferred)A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team first mindsetExcellent attendance and reliabilityAbility to juggle multiple priorities in a fast paced environmentStrong attention to detail and high quality standardsComfort performing and teaching all production tasksAbility to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periodsExperience with GMPs, HACCP, or other food safety regulationsBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office, digital forms)Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
