**Job Title: Production Lead** Job Description The Production Lead will oversee daily operations of the manufacturing floor, ensuring the timely and accurate production of display units. This role involves coordinating with design, engineering, and logistics teams to meet client specifications and deadlines, monitoring quality control standards, and implementing corrective actions when necessary. Essential Skills + 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or production leadership. + Strong understanding of display fabrication, packaging, and assembly processes. + Excellent communication and team management skills. + Familiarity with ERP systems. + Knowledge of safety and compliance standards. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with custom display or retail fixture production. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a hands-on production environment. Why Work Here?
