Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on, motivated Production Lead to oversee daily operations in our bottling facility. This role involves leading a team of 4–6 production staff, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining safety and quality standards, and fostering a positive team environment. The ideal candidate will have prior leadership experience in a manufacturing setting and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the activities of production team members on the bottling line.Lead by example in performing hands-on production tasks, including machine operation, line setup, and quality checks.Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow to meet daily targets and deadlines.Train, mentor, and support team members to ensure consistent performance and adherence to safety protocols.Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, equipment functionality, and compliance with safety and quality standards.Communicate effectively with management and other departments to report progress, issues, and improvement opportunities.Assist with inventory tracking, material handling, and documentation as needed.Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Essential SkillsExperience in production and manufacturing environments.Proven leadership and supervision skills.Strong communication abilities.Ability to manage general labor tasks.Effective production management and organization.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in production supervision or as a manufacturing lead.Capability to handle general production and lead roles.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The facility manufactures a bleach-based outdoor cleaning agent, so there is a slight odor present. It is a non-climate-controlled environment requiring PPE such as steel-toed boots, eye protection, and ear protection. Work hours are 1st shift, Monday to Thursday, from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm.

This is a Contract position based out of Na, Tennessee.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
