Production Lead
**Job Title: 2nd shift Production Supervisor/Lead** $25/hour before overtime. Quarterly production bonuses and raises available. **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to lead a team in ensuring efficient and safe production operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on supervisory experience and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving. **Responsibilities** + Organize and lead a crew of four in a safe and productive manner. + Track production progress and ensure targets are met. + Maintain a clean and orderly job site. + Lead by example as a hands-on supervisor. + Utilize computer skills with Windows applications. + Arrive an hour before the crew to prepare for the day. + Demonstrate mechanical aptitude with basic hand tools. + Embrace training opportunities with a willingness to learn and a positive attitude. **Essential Skills** + General production experience. + Machine operation skills. + Mechanical aptitude. + Heavy equipment operation experience. + 2+ years of equipment operating experience, particularly with cranes and forklifts. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Supervision experience. + Ability to troubleshoot and recognize issues. + Capability to perform minor fixes, such as changing out proximity switches. + Basic wiring knowledge, including working with 3-phase systems. **Why Work Here?** This role offers significant growth opportunities, as evidenced by the promotion of the current occupant of the position.
