**Production Laborer** We’re looking for multiple Production Laborers to join our production team in Casper, Wyoming. In this position, you’ll support daily manufacturing operations by running and overseeing equipment that winds plastic conduit onto reels. Your work will directly contribute to producing high‑quality products through careful monitoring, inspection, and efficient workflow management. **Location:** Casper, Wyoming **Pay:** $18/hr **Shifts:** 12‑hour shifts (2‑2‑3 schedule) + 7 AM – 7 PM + 7 PM – 7 AM **Key Responsibilities:** + Cut conduit using basic hand tools and approved power tools + Operate equipment to ensure conduit is wound evenly and consistently onto reels + Verify packaging and labeling accuracy before final inspection + Maintain quality standards by identifying and reporting any product irregularities + Inspect finished goods using standard measuring tools and devices + Keep work areas clean, organized, and production‑ready **Qualifications:** + At least 6 months of experience in a production or manufacturing environment + Comfortable working around industrial machinery and fast‑paced operations + Basic understanding of machine operation, packaging processes, and common hand tools **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Casper, WY. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
