**Job Title: Production Laborer (Finish)** Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Production Laborer to join our team, focusing on the finishing aspects of our manufacturing process. This role involves using hand and power tools to grind, deburr, and smooth out rough edges on sheet metal doors. Responsibilities + Grind and deburr sheet metal doors to ensure smooth edges. + Utilize hand grinders and power tools effectively. + Engage in general labor tasks as required. + Assist in construction labor duties within the facility. + Operate machinery to aid in the production process. Essential Skills + Proficiency in general labor and production tasks. + Experience with machine operation and deburring. + Skilled in grinding and metalwork. + Familiarity with painting, paint preparation, and spray guns. + Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The environment is very fast-paced, and employees must be open to cross-training and assisting others in the facility. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fontana, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
