Job Description
Join a leading manufacturer specializing in precast concrete, polymer concrete, and plastic products across the United States. As a Production Laborer, you will contribute to creating high-quality products such as utility vaults, reinforced catch basins, drainage and septic tanks, retaining walls, storm shelters, and wall panels. This role is based in a dynamic production environment, where you will be integral to the manufacturing process.
ResponsibilitiesAssist with the manufacturing process of concrete products.Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.Perform basic carpentry tasks as part of production duties.Adapt to other duties as assigned to meet production needs.Essential SkillsProficiency in concrete, precast manufacturing, and general labor.Understanding of production and construction processes.Ability to handle rebar and related construction materials.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to read and understand a tape measure.Knowledge and ability to operate basic tools.Previous machine operating experience is preferred.Experience working outdoors is advantageous.Experience in construction or general labor is highly desirable.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work takes place in a large industrial covered indoor/outdoor facility, collaborating in teams of 5-6 within a total of 22 employees in the Precast division. The shift starts between 3-4am, requiring 10-11 hour workdays, with overtime of 10-15 hours per week and alternating Saturdays.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
