Job Title: Finisher - 2nd ShiftJob Description

Join our team as a Finisher and play a vital role in preparing products to meet customer specifications. You will be responsible for using hand grinders to sand and grind down excess metal, assembling products as needed, and assisting machine operators during downtime. Your attention to detail will ensure product quality through inspection and QA processes.

ResponsibilitiesPrepare products for customer specifications using hand grinders.Assemble products as needed.Assist machine operators during downtime.Use various hand and power tools effectively.Inspect products and perform quality assurance checks.Perform general cleaning duties in the work area.Operate machines and assist operators.Lift up to 55 lbs as part of daily tasks.Essential SkillsGeneral production and manufacturing experience.Experience with hand tools and power tools.Ability to perform grinding, sanding, and metal finishing tasks.Comfortable with using grinders and swinging a hammer.Additional Skills & Qualifications3 months of prior production/manufacturing experience is preferred.Familiarity with mechanical assembly and inspection processes.Understanding of blueprint reading and kitting.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Le Sueur, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $26.25/hr.
