Job Title: Production Labor

Job Description

The candidate will work in the shipping section of the facility and staging products for shipment. The role involves consistently lifting products weighing between 25-50 pounds, with heavier lifts performed using a buddy system. The candidate must also scan barcodes for each product and track inventory accurately.

Responsibilities

Locate and stage products for shipment.Consistently lift and handle products weighing 25-50 pounds.Utilize a buddy system for heavier lifts.Scan barcodes for each panel and track inventory accurately.Read purchase orders and measure using imperial tape measures.Communicate effectively with team members.Assist with assembly, packaging, picking, and inventory tasks.

Essential Skills

General production and material handling experience.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Proficiency in using tape measures and reading purchase orders.Strong communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Computer aptitude.

Work Environment

Work in a manufacturing facility located in the deep south end of the city. Regular hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. The role involves working on the floor with approximately 10 team members, with around 16 people in total at the facility.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
