*使用工具、设备、化学清洗机对零件进行清洗和去毛刺或者装配工作。

*根据规定的方法识别、隔离、处置不合格材料。

*操作气动、电动工具及其他设备拆解或装配零件。

*使用手动和自动检具测量产品质量是否符合要求。

*根据需要完成随时可能被安排的其他职责和任务。

*遵循工厂制定的安全政策，安全工作流程及对安全隐患的评估。

*每周执行安全停止观察。

*具备扭矩应用的知识和基础。

*需具备对于口头指导和书面工作指导的理解能力,以理解所分配的工作、材料及设备的需求。

*应用标准化工作程序-员工，质量，速度，成本（PQVC）

*理解并使用CI卡用于持续改进（CI）。

*使用5S工具对岗位进行管理。

*根据需要必要时应用全面生产维护。

*参与日常流程改进的对话。
