Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Helper to join their team. As a Production Helper, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting various production, assembly, inspection, cleaning, and packing duties. The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Helper

Location: Saugerties, NY

Pay Range: $16.00/hour

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

What's the Job?

Assist in various production, assembly, inspection, cleaning, and packing tasks Lift and move materials, including filling foam and packing products for shipping Trim excess rubber and inspect products for defects Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety guidelines Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while paying close attention to quality and safety

What's Needed?

Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. as needed Flexibility to work in different departments and perform various tasks Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work standing for most of the shift Basic understanding of assembly and inspection processes
